Who We Are

Grupo Cibao is an independent Ibero-American think tank dedicated to cultivating a more resilient Ibero-America. We provide the technical architecture and critical knowledge required to lead the region’s long-term transition toward sustainable prosperity.

With a solid foundation in empirical rigor and strategic foresight, we present ourselves as an Ibero-American institute that promotes balanced dialogue among international approaches, fostering a more inclusive and multipolar global architecture in which diverse voices and regions contribute to the international order from a place of mutual respect and cooperation.

We affirm the right of nations and regions to govern their natural, economic, and technological assets without external dependence or coercion. Territorial autonomy is the foundation of political independence.
